A dealership lot changes every day — units arrive, get serviced, get listed, get sold. Tracking that in spreadsheets and memory works until it doesn't. Off-the-shelf dealer software existed, but it was built around someone else's workflow and priced around someone else's revenue.
I built a system around how this lot actually runs: every unit tracked from intake through sale, with the details staff actually need in one place. It's one Flutter codebase serving three platforms — iPhone, Android, and the browser — so the same account works on a phone out on the lot and at a desk inside, and moving between them is seamless.

Same lot, different problem: security.

The same dealership needed eyes on the lot. I designed and installed a networked camera system: open-source video recording on a Linux box I built for the job, cameras placed for coverage, and remote access done safely — no ports thrown open to the internet. Install, wiring, and software, one contractor.
